Meet Hannah

Clinical and Forensic Psychologist

If you're reading this, chances are you're looking for a psychologist who can really understand what you're going through. Well, let me tell you, I get it. Life can be tough and overwhelming, and sometimes we all need a little extra support to help us navigate our way through it. That's why I became a Clinical and Forensic Psychologist - to help people like you.

I've worked in a range of mental health  and prison services, and I've seen first-hand the adversities people can face. But I've also seen the incredible resilience and strength that people have, and how with the right support, they can thrive.

So if you're feeling lost, stuck, or overwhelmed, know that you're not alone.

My story

Helping people has always been my passion, but it became even stronger in March 2021 when I sadly lost one of my parents. I felt confused, lost, overwhelmed by emotions, and really didn't know where to turn. Even though others around me were going through grief as well, I often felt alone in my experience, and I understand how isolating experiencing a trauma can feel. I didn't want others to have to go through that too.

This experience inspired me to focus my work on supporting people who are going through difficult life situations. I'm committed to promote open conversations on sensitive and often stigmatised topics, such as grief, loss, trauma and mental health. These are vital, but can often be things that people shy away from

Life can be difficult sometimes and throw curveballs at us, leaving us feeling lost, confused or like we've lost a part of ourselves. It can feel extremely overwhelming, debilitating and lonely, but I want you to know that you're not alone. There is no right or wrong way to feel, and sometimes we need a little guidance to make sense of what we're going through.
